“The courier still hasn't received the suitcase after 9 days of it apparently being shipped so wh knows which country it's coming from as it luggage doesn't seem to have a physical address!”

“I love these suitcases. I have just updated mine with a new set. Initially I just ordered one case but decided to cancel. Customer services were brilliant. They stopped it in it's tracks and I received the set the next day.”

“I had to return the suitcase as the xl was giant and my fault for not measuring properly. We already have 2 of the large suitcases and are really pleased with the quality and aesthetic of them. Top customer service in the delivery and return”

“Chose IT luggage as they’re stackable, with great reviews plus the Warranty. To have such a long one shows belief in the product. Some damage to the box but that was the delivery company. All very well packaged and on opening all looks ideal for our needs. Can’t comment further on sustainability as not using until April.”
