“Wheels are a great idea. Seems well made for cost. Being able to take the wheels off before going on the plane is a good idea. In the past we have had wheels taken off on route and cannot fix them. Quite Saturday built with a handy partition curtain between them with pockets in. Haven’t used it yet so only time will tell.”

“Ordering item was smooth and simple but IT uses Evri as their carrier who have a bad reputation despite a recent name change and I never received the item. Received a refund from It after nearly a week delay. Evri blatantly lied to me via email and their customer service! is shocking! Why IT doesn't use Royal Mail is beyond me. I am deeply disappointed not to received the item which was for a long haul trip and matched my other IT items. Still have not received said item. IT declared it lost... IT not really interested in retrieving it or sensitive to the customers needs or emotional state. I have been chasing this item for a week.”
