“Free postage to mainland UK but not to Aberdeenshire? No cataclysmic seismic events have taken place to my knowledge and Aberdeenshire is still part of mainland UK. On this principle told them to cancel my order and went and ordered 2 Aerolite extra large suitcases from Amazon with free postage.”

“Not used it yet. Bought a British bag 123l Very robust. Not too keen on mesh outside as they cannot really be used to store items on long haul and its slightly on the veavy side. However, it's well made, lots of different inside compartments and a unique wet compartment that you can access from side at the bottom. Good for having that last minute dip before you leave anywhere. Yes I'd recommend it 👌”

“We haven’t used the luggage yet but as we had IT cases previously, we are more than happy with the design, quality and potential durability. The previous luggage was soft shell but we have now moved onto the more rigid hard shell type. Very pleased so far.”

“Quality of luggage good. Website good. Ordered two cases. However, one case damaged on arrival due to lack of sufficient packaging. Emailed IT Luggage but got no response, very disappointing. Need to use better couriers. Let the company down overall.”

“I have purchased some of the suitcases and I have received the wrong order. Now I am trying to replace my order by buying another set and to my surprise it’s out of stock. So how am I going to order my suitcase and get the right order?”

“I had cause to contact IT Luggage abount a warranty issue. They replied the next day, asked for further information, which I provide, and they repaced my suitcase which was delivered within two days. Excellent customer service. I have now bought a matching case which was delivered in two days. Looks to be good quality.”

“Unfortunately the item that i received was not the one I ordered, the storage bags were too small to pack anything in. I wanted to return the items but found it impossible to return them. I was asked to complete a list of details, everything that was on the order form, and send back to see if was permitted to return, also I would have to pay a £5.00 fee to return. Even though I have chased I have had no reply. Shame really as I use IT products a lot, but this has put me off, won't be ordering again.”

Hi Caroline, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. However, I can see that you did, in fact, receive the correct items ordered, albeit of smaller dimensions than you expected. Please kindly be aware that all measurements are listed clearly on our website and are viewable prior to purchase. The £5 return fee is standard procedure and as there are no faults within the product ordered, will remain firmly in place. Following on from the above, I can see that your collection date was confirmed within 48hrs of the first correspondence from yourself being received.
