“PLEASE NOTE IM REVIEWING THE LARGE NOT EXTRA LARGE SUITCASE !!! The extra large suitcase was certainly EXTRA large!!!! Even I thought it was too big for a 5 day trip so I ordered the large suitcase instead. So when it arrived and was looking forward to taking it on its first outing. However after one small trip to Spain it lost its badge along the way on its return flight!!!! So I’m not entirely sure I’d be recommending or buying this brand again if it’s falling apart after one use!!!!! I know it doesn’t affect the use of the case but it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing.”

“Ordered two of the same case. One arrived correct the other a different colour Contacted customer service and although the way the system can be tweaked the level of service was above and beyond and we quickly come to a compromise and more stress was added by the delivery company on the return of the incorrect item but IT luggage took all the stress away and even sent out the replacement case with out having received the returned case due to courier errors which I found above and beyond. If they had a phone line it will appease the old school customers but can’t thought there efforts to help.”

“WOW. The bag I bought is much better quality than I thought, really sturdy, good thick quality material. It's a great size too, and the price is well worth it. I bought to use for hospital admissions and I can get nearly a week's worth of clothing etc in it. Not heavy to lift as I thought it may be, recommended to buy.”

“IT Luggage- your products are so functional, light ; from kids to adult luggage, I really like your luggage. In this instance you have been let down by your choice of courier company. I am afraid Yodel is not the one for your product. After 3 days of waiting for my delivery, I realised that they do not want to deliver to the door, they just want to deliver to their "collection points" where we would collect our items ourselves. if that is their plan it should be said when we order our product. I would have collected my item to a nearby point. I had to cancel my order because it was not delivered at all, and it was for a present. however I still bought a IT luggage from Argos.”

“Would love to give you more but not having received the bag yet but so far I did get refunded delivery fee and told it would get sent express delivery! Don't think it has even left warehouse yet! Sorry IT but I don't think much of service so far”
