“Luggage was made of felt so unsuitable for a suitcase. Arranged to have collected before we went away 4 working days notice , however was not booked with courier or any contact with staff. Very disappointing as it is now sitting in our living room till we get back.”

“We did an order and paid for next day delivery had issues with delivery didnt get delivery in time to use them on our holiday , complained via email to IT Luggage and never recieved a single reply Wouldnt rely on next day delivery , was completley let down and had to borrow luggage from friends Customer service appalling”

“More than did the job. Packed it, walked it for over 3 miles. Sat on it a few times and fitted in over head. Enough space to pack for 10 days (with a small rucksack), really handy pockets and good zips. 2nd IT luggage bag I have brought very pleased with both.”

“Placing the order was fine but returning the item is proving difficult. I filled in the online return request but no response for 5 days. Eventually got a response after emailing and collection was arranged. Item has not been picked up. FRUSTRATED!”

“Very happy when my suitcase arrived - seemed very sturdy. However after I’d been on one journey, the zipper heads are damaged. I have written to IT Luggage but, to date, have not heard anything. Very disappointed.”

“Case is really pretty, light weight and has plenty of room in it and a separate pocket inside which is useful. It also has a built in combination lock.”
