“Lovely suit case bought for my daughter. Great choice of colour & size. This case will add to our ever expanding collection of IT cases. My husband and I have had ours for 9 years and they are immaculate. Very well made. Very pleased. Would highly recommend this brand.”

“The cases are fantastic! I had a couple of issues with delivery, the wrong item being delivered and then not a lot of update on the correct item being delivered, but the customer service team were really good with arranging the collection of the old item and the new one turned up 5 days later.”

“Light weight and look nice but zipper has failed on one case after only 2 or 3 yrs. (Cannot find proof of purchase for guarantee)”

Hi Roger, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with the zipper on your case. Unfortunately, as stated within the warranty policy - please ensure you keep the warranty hangtag and proof of purchase such as a till receipt, invoice, or an online order confirmation (Bank/credit card statements are not accepted as proof of purchase), as without which, claims will not be valid. Therefore, we would be unable to proceed further with a warranty claim without this provided. “Felt very let down as I placed my order and paid for next working day delivery, my order did not arrive, tried to re organise another date, but unfortunatly this could not be done. Had my money refunded but I wasted valuable time.”

“Bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter for her birthday. She loves it, currently on pretend holidays around the house practicing for her real airline holiday in August. It looks well made and the material used looks sturdy and durable.”

“Though I really like it luggage and have ordered many items I was disappointed with my recent purchase as it arrived damaged I did not notice till I used it and can't find any contact number to call.Not happy.Delivery was good though.”

“After 10 days waiting case did not arrive. When chased with customer service I was told it was with the warehouse. Still didn't hear anything and had to cancel the order. Poor service all round!!”

Hi Sarah, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues regarding the delivery of your order. I have had a look into this for you and can see that the team were in communication with the warehouse in an attempt to push the delivery through. I can confirm that your parcel was not with the warehouse at this point, nor was this stated within the email chain, as a tracking number had been provided for the parcel - meaning that this was with the courier. The team were simply contacting the warehouse as they can then communicate directly with the courier in order to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, delivery issues are unforeseen but we will always try our best to resolve these for our customers in a timely manner. However, I can only apologise that in this instance this could not be resolved in time for your upcoming travels. I can see that your full refund has been processed.
