“I needed to purchase an additional larger suitcase. I opted for a large suitcase from the bewitching range. The online process of purchashing was straightforward and easy. The item was despatched almost immediately and arrived very well packaged and days before the expected arrival. Very prompt, professional and efficient service from start to finish. The product looks like of a very high standard - I am still to use the suitcase on our next long haul trip. My wife has a IT suitcase but is still envious of my recent purchase. It is very stylish. Thank for the excellent experience”

“Have had IT luggage for about 15 years my old cabin bag was much better than this one was a bit disappointed by it one front pocket, no internal straps”

“I purchased 5 years ago my first 'it' luggage, cabin sizes, made from material, lightweight (1.8) and lasted long time, with good handle mechanism, many flights and journeys it handeld, I have stretched out it's capacity for fitting things inside (just one of the wheels is not much flexible now).”

“Appalling customer service & online experience to return goods. Filled in several online return forms to arrange a pickup date. All I received so far are emails requesting I fill in yet another returns forms. Sooo frustrating. I emailed complaining and requested it be passed onto a line manager which, was ignored. DONT BUY Direct go to a store.”

“I dont like writing reviews until I've used the product for a few months. I'm sure you all will agree.I have now used this suitcase for about 4 months. It's just perfect. Robust, lightweight and easy to handle. The wheels rotate and roll as advertised. I purchased the expandable medium size. I recommend it.”

“I received my luggage on Thursday and ordered another suitcase on Friday but both times it’s said free posting over £50 but it was added on both times. Rec the second on on Monday.”
