“I ordered fast next day delivery paid 5.99 pounds for it but i couldn't get my oder after 7 days i got it yesterday. And i was traveling on Sunday so even if your luggage came it is now sitting at my home and I'm already traveling. Really bad delivery service you got yodel. You and your delivery service wasted my time, made me huy another bag just one day before i travel i had to pack in less than 10 hours, wastage of my money, time and stress and tension before my holidays. I demand not only refund but full compensation for my loss and tension. Waiting for your support team to respond but they are not responding when i ask to compensate me.”

“Already have larger suitcases. Just needed a smaller suitcase for weekends. This is great love that it expands, great colour and great price. The guarantee is fabulous too. Also ordered two travel bags, great quality, very roomy and fold back into a neat size.”

“We've always bought IT Luggage, so it was a no brainer to order 2 more from you. We used 1 to go to Scotland 1st-4th Oct. There were only 15 cases checked in on the way up, and 20 coming back. When we got there there is a bug crumpled crease by the wheel, and a part missing with screws on show. Coming back there was a couple of scratches, but you expect that. We've always had expandable cases but this one wasn't waterproof, that,we didn't find out till we got home, when my daughter got her powder foundation and eyebrow palette and they were sodden. We bought matching cases, but I would like to return mine for something different and exchange my husbands. We bought them for a trip to Oz next year, and they definately won't survive being amongst the amount of luggage on an A380.”

Unfortunately, damage caused by an airline/3rd party is not covered under our 10-year warranty I'm afraid, therefore, we would be unable to assist further in this aspect. “This is the second time purchasing from IT and am very happy with the service and suitcases I received with exception of one. There wasn't anything wrong with the suitcase otherthan when it arrived is was much bigger than I anticipated so had to return it. The return process was relativley simple, although you do need a printer to print the label. IT then arranged a carrier to collect the suitcase on the day we requested. The carrier kept us updated as to the time they would arrive and kept to it. There was a £5 return delivery charge which I believe is acceptable as there was no problem with the suitcase. I have now recieved a credit for the suitcase, which only took 8 days to hit my account from when it was picked up. Well done!”
