“Unfortunately this review is more about the returns policy as the suitcases arrived with scratch marks on requiring them to be returned. This is where the issues began not so much with IT but with Yodel who have so far failed to collect the suitcases and after chasing this up was told to re araange collection with IT. This done for a second time and again no collection or satisfactory explanation from Yodel. I find this unusual as when ordering the suitcases they arrived very quickly through Yodel. It seems returns are not so important!! Please use a different courier IT luggage!!”

“I phoned customer services to speak to someone left a voice message with my name and number Have never herd anything back Which I feel is very poor So I would rate customer service 0 So once you receive your order and need to ask Questions you are left with the order no matter what”

“still waiting for suitcasee to be collected had been arranged for 29.09.2025. Delivery was very good but the returns process is poor-not clear. please chase up courier service Yodel that you use.”

“Brilliant. My case wasn't checked but if it had been it would have been fine.It fitted perfectly under my seat on the plane and was easy to access. But it was still big enough for a 5 day trip to Italy to visit family. Loved the colour and due to having arthritis the handle was ideal and the handle on top was perfect for lifting. I was so happy with it.”

“Very disappointed, the item was described only in numbers, no clear indication whether inches or cenetrimters. When the package arrived, the case was much smaller than anticipated. I tried to return the item, this is proving to be the most difficult process ever, the company is happy to charge for delivery and returns, but no customer service - will not be buying from here again”
