“Ordered 2 suitcases. 9 days on and no delivery. Going to do a bank call back as I have no faith these suitcases will arrive.”

“The return process has been extremely frustrating. The collection has been booked with the courier three times, yet the item still hasn’t been picked up. While the fault lies with the courier, the company should reconsider their return procedure. I am requesting a refund, as I no longer have confidence that the collection will take place, despite multiple attempts. I hope this issue is resolved as quickly as possible and refund is done as I am not resposible for this unattempted collection.”

“The case I bought was to replace another it case due to the wheels going faulty. The other issue is the middle case of a set of three the half of one wheel broke. I have been waiting since July for a replacement. But I do like tghe cases.”

“Purchased a full set, shipping was very quick and items were well packaged. However the largest case was damaged, stitching coming apart on the two top corners. I emailed straightaway and heard nothing for over a week. I then went through the process on the website for a damaged item. Again weeks later, I have heard nothing. I would just like to exchange that one case for one that isn’t faulty.”

“This is my second IT Lykke case I’ve bought. The previous one was a hold bag and this is a carry on size. Got it as I’ve never had an issue with the first and this looks just as good. Weights next to nothing and the wheels are so smooth.”
