“LUSTROUS LUXE - SMALL HOLDALL I love this bag and will be using it on my next flight. It is compact but will be great to take snacks, drinks etc on the plane and a good overnight and sports bag. I also bought the drinks bottle which is also fab. Shipping information excellent.”

“Luggage has not been delivered yet. Despite Evri stating that they have the parcel, they stated on Wednesday that the parcel has been delayed. There has been nothing further on the tracking. Cannot, therefore, rate the luggage.”

“Parcel was delivered but left right in front of my door and was not there when I returned home. No refund no replacement just 1000 questions about things I have no clue about as I was not home. I can not afford to buy another one before we fly on Tuesday so i have a very very upset 4yr old”

“I ordered this luggage set to be dispatched at a later date when it was in stock. The date came and went and no email came that it had been dispatched. I emailed you to enquire and was informed it hadn’t arrived to your warehouse still and therefore would not be delivered in time for my holiday and subsequently offered a full refund which I accepted. When searching for a replacement set, I found it again on your website, for £70 cheaper than I had paid originally, ordered it and it was dispatched same day. Very confusing and disappointing that had it arrived in your warehouse on the date expected I would have received it and paid £70 more than it was by now available on your site. This is terrible business / customer care on your part and left me with a bitter taste and low opinion of IT Luggage”

“This is the second suitcase we have purchased! 1st one was amazing, sturdy and strong! But the second suitcase unfortunately had a few noticeable marks on. Awaiting a replacement”

“It was quick delivery and easy to order. However, 3 items where delivered separately and did not receive the 2nd delivery notice until after 3 days with notification that the items where delivered. Customer service were very helpful and in the end all items were delivered so it was good.”
