“It was quick delivery and easy to order. However, 3 items where delivered separately and did not receive the 2nd delivery notice until after 3 days with notification that the items where delivered. Customer service were very helpful and in the end all items were delivered so it was good.”

“It was easy to purchase, with fast delivery, however the colour of the suitcase doesn't quite match that of the pictures on the website (it's a lighter colour in real life). Because I would have to pay for the return, it has put me off returning the product as I would come away worse off than before I purchased. I'm not sure if this is legal, given distance selling regulations / 14 day cooling-off period”

“So were to start, the description on your website was wrong, the suitcase was more suitable for a child than an adult. I requested refund, completed the information you asked for including the best days for collection Monday - Thursday. Your company arrange a Friday. I have asked to speak to someone in your company you just keep sending me return documents to complete - maybe check your records. I have also left a voice message with my details now I await the phone (which we both know will never happen).”

To kindly confrim, the items in which were purchased by yourself have been specially designed to fit within Ryanair's size restrictions, as advised directly on our website. Unfortunately, due to this, these items are more on the smaller size due to the relevant size restrictions they are designed to fit within. “NO PARCEL ARRIVED. STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE HAS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO GET THIS PARCEL TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. PAID EXTRA FOR FASTER DELIVERY AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND STILL NO PARCEL. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.”

“Stylish, practical, good value & great service. What more do you need to know? I love my suitcases, hand & cabin luggage so it's a shame that they are heard-wearing as there are so many beautiful colours & styles to choose from. I certainly will be a repeat customer when the time comes & woudl highly recommend.”
