“OK! Where do I start! I ordered 2 medium green Advantageous suitcases for my 89 year old parents on 12 March. 2 suitcases were delivered a few days later, one was the medium green Advantageous, the other was a completely different one! I contacted Customer Care and a collection was arranged. Delivery man failed to collect, despite opening my parents’ gate and issued a note saying “nothing to collect”! The same Delivery man returned the following day and took the wrong case. Notified by IT that the correct case had been despatched. The case arrived, the correct brand but the wrong size, a large one had been sent! Emailed Customer Care again who arranged collection and reordered the medium case. The following day, a different Courier came to the house but again left without the case. Then, the day after another case was delivered, again the right colour but another large one!!! So, now my parents had 2 large unwanted cases to be collected! Courier man came 2 days later but refused to take both cases as told he was only collecting one! My elderly father rang me and I spoke with the delivery man and eventually he agreed to take them. Customer Care informed me that the Warehouse had a stock issue and the cases which were large had been marked medium! Several non deliveries later, and almost 50 emails between me and Customer Care, today 9 April, finally the correct case was delivered!!! The whole experience has been shocking and quite stressful for my parents having to deal with this. IT aren’t completely to blame, the Courier companies also provided a poor service. I have to say the girls in Customer Care were amazing, always replied politely, despite my rants on a few occasions! I have received a credit to my account today to apologise for all the hassle. i have purchased IT suitcases previously and they are a quality product but would I buy online again? Probably not!”

“I ordered 2 large cases. When they arrived I realised they were too big. Arranged a collection, sent them back and ordered another 2 medium ones. Quick delivery, and no hassle returns. All very straightforward. Medium cases are great. Would definitely recommend.”
