“The only reason for 4 stars is because I only got sent part of my order. It's the first time I use it direct. Whilst all has now been resolved, 6 days later I received my missing item. Which is fine as I don't need it until 3 more days time. The customer service was great and dealt with the issue for me along with a partial refund which I hadn't asked for. So yes it was a error, but dealt with very well”

“The 5* is for how well it’s made and overall look of the case. Also ordering and delivery were very good. Telescopic Handle feels firm enough. Other than this I can’t comment as the case won’t be getting used until May.”
