“Luggage set received. The box arrived damaged and the suitcases were inside of eachother. The largest case had arrived all bent on the corners. I have contacted customer service but as of yet no response. Suitcase is dented in on the sides and we have tried to push it out and it does not go back into place. Lovely colour set although the packaging is not great when it arrives to you.”

“I bought a large case and when it arrived it was exactly as described and I;m very happuy with it. When i originally ordered, it was despatched but the carrier lost the product. When I phoned to query where it had gotten to, the call handler couldn't have been more understanding and apologetic. He arranged for a second one to be sent by next day depatch. You can tell a good company by how they deal with issues, and IT Luggage couldn't have done more to rectify the situaton.”

“Brilliant company, brilliant products. I've a few different items and they are all great. I bought my first case 6 years ago and it's still working perfect, wheels, zips handles etc. Delivery was also fast with good tracking etc. Highly recommend.”

“The Luggage is really very good. The only downside was the Delivery by Yodel. The item was not delivered on the day it was supposed and the courier had removed the suitcase along with another item from the van and returned them to their container. I suggest using another courier companany”
