“I still haven’t received my luggage item. I had a message to say it is with Evei but they still haven’t delivered it yet and I can’t get any update from them as to when it will be delivered”

“Great service, arrived on time. No fault and the suitcase really has a good quality. The only thing I would probably add is just that the design is a little off with only bottom and side parts expand but not the top part. If the expanding zipper is placed properly it can be done. This is the reason that I didn't buy the larger suitcase from IT because the expanding isn't all the way over the cover but sides and bottom only. From searching to buying, it was an easy experience.”

“My order for a 3-piece luggage set arrived with both the delivery packaging and the large suitcase severely damaged. Specifically, the large suitcase has a non-functioning handrail, which renders the main telescopic handle inoperable and the product unusable. I contacted Customer Service immediately, providing comprehensive video and photographic evidence of both the exterior box damage and the internal product defect. Unfortunately, despite submitting all requested documentation, I have yet to receive a solution or an actionable path forward. This lack of resolution for a damaged and unusable item is an unacceptable customer experience.”

“Update - appears It Luggage don’t like my review, as I’ve had an email asking if I’d like to revise it. One word - NO! I was given a date for the case to be delivered but it didn’t arrive. Evri replied to my query and advised it had missed a ‘connection’ so they would monitor. They contacted me again the next day to say it still hadn’t moved. I had contacted your customer service but didn’t hear anything from them until two days later when they advised the case had been returned to you and they would be sending me a refund - although why that can take several days to clear I do not know - when I paid for it you had the money immediately. So after being messed about over several days I don’t have the suitcase and I’m still waiting for the payment to be returned to my credit card. Shocking service and I don’t think I’ll ever take a chance ordering from you again”

“Ordered and paid for and flight case, twice, still not received it! Refunded twice when I would have preferred the case! LILLIE promised speedy guaranteed delivery 2nd time and didn't do it, shocking service all round from, her, IT and Evri, she didn't even reply to my email, just refunded with even asking, shocking, Andy Edden a.edden@hotmail.co.uk”

On our behalf, I can happily see that the customer service team have attempted to assist in this matter to the best of their ability, unfortunately, to no avail due to the courier issues in which have occurred in this instance. Following on from the above, in regard to the speedy delivery offered, please kindly be aware, as also advised directly within the email chain, this service is required to be selected at the point of the order being placed directly via the website I'm afraid, this cannot be added after the fact.
