Lightweight and durable. Great quality suitcase. Next day delivery too. Cardboard box arrived broken but considering it’s a suitcase that’s not the biggest drama

I have several pieces of IT luggage and have also purchased as gifts. Design and quality are excellent. I purchase again and again as my daughter has a 10 year old large case that’s still going strong after many flights and journeys around the UK.

Item was never received. The courier firm you use didn't even try to deliver it. I realise this is separate from your service but you choose which firm to use. Please use one that is interested in providing a service to your customers.

The zip sticks around the corners of the suitcases. I have sent emails with videos but keep saying have not received. I have sent videos 4 times on email and on WhatsApp they still can not receive it. I’m not sure what’s wrong with their emails. Still not very with this. Do not buy these, not very good at all and can not contact any form of customer service.

Very bad service. I am emailing from last 3 days abt my product delivery. No one is getting back to me . There is no number or anything. I need my luggage to pack for holiday and i still have not got it . The delivery attempt was done only once .please can someone arrange a delivery or refund so i can order the luggage again or get it delivered. I don’t want to change my feedback . This had to be a bloody nightmare that i order 2nd time and its still not been delivered. I an so tired of this . Only because i need the luggage for my set i am bearing this . Can someone rearrange my delivery from dpd depot ? You guys really need to change your delivery system it bloody joke at this rate .

On inspecting the luggage they look amazing, I am pleased with the clip on/off wheels. Unfortunately won't get to try them out until next March

Today 7 January 2026 you’ve asked me if I’d like to revise my review I made 1 December 2025. I DO NOT. You have, at last, today, responded to my communication regarding not receiving order I placed 23 November 2025 and I haven’t received a refund for. I placed another order for the same item 8 December, to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas as it was a present. I received this one without any problems. Until I’m refunded for the item and P&P I did not receive my review does not change. It has taken over 5 weeks for you to reply to me, contrary to your automatic email response “ aims to respond to all email inquiries within 24–48 hours” Today is 1st December. At this stage of my purchase I can only review the service and not the item. I have not received the item I ordered and paid for on 23 November. Your courier, Evri, has twice attempted delivery. Both times I was home. However, their barcode failed meaning the courier couldn’t give me the item I bought from you. I’ve raised 2 complaints with Evri after each failed delivery following their online process but no one has got back to me. To date I have not received the item I bought and paid for from you.

Case came damaged and was reported within half hour of delivery. Had to wait for them to collect it before they would send another. Still waiting and after many e mails etc still no case and we paid 10 days ago. Shocking service
