“This review is more to do with your choice of 3rd party courier. It took 6 days from when my parcel was received at my local depot to get to my house, 9 days from ordering. It went on a delivery run twice, got wet, someone attempted to re tape it before sending it out again. When it did finally get delivered, it was raining, the courier didn't knock, they just left it outside and it disintegrated when picked up. The inner plastic bag covering the case had been opened and rain had got inside which left the fabric on the zip and expandable sections stinking of damp.”

“Tried to secure a replacement case for one that only lasted 18 months. Returns process proved to be a bit of a nightmare. I ordered a replacement from the website on 21/11, but the order was cancelled and recalled from the courier by IT Luggage themselves who subsequently would not despatch another until the courier had returned it. Contacted several times by email trying to get information as to what the process would be and when I'd receive the case but my questions went unanswered. It's now 01/12 and still no sign of despatch. Just returned from a weekend away with no case. Not impressed at all.”

However, please kindly be aware, as advised directly within the email chain, that a further order is not required to be placed via the website for your replacement selection. Your replacement selection is simply to be advised directly within the email chain, where the customer service team can then process this manually for you. Hence, the order placed as of 21/11 was cancelled accordingly. Following on from the above, I can then happily see that your replacement has been ordered via the correct process as of 28/11, with tracking to follow. I hope this helps to clarify! “Suitcase broke the first flight I used it. Came out on the baggage carousel with the zipper broken. Bag could not be closed, the airline threw plastic bags over it. Not impressed with the quality at all. Brand new bag is now worthless.”

“Excellent quality. Extremely robust case. Totally stylish as well. I saw cases with other companies that were slightly less in price but this was worth the extra few pounds. A few pounds difference over a lifetime makes total economical sense. We only buy It cases for the whole family”
