“I order a cabin bag from IT luggage, it arrived very quickly, but was the completely different to the one I'd order, when I attempted to return the case IT luggage made me complete 3 forms and 2 emails and then told I would be charged to return the case. They sent me the wrong one, this is not my fault! It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and 1 week since I attempted the return, but IT luggage don't issue a return label they make you wait more than one week and then will send a courier to collect the bag, even though it is in its original packaging and has been ready to go for 6 days, it is not a good system, and I won't order from them again, who knows if i'll ever get my money back, even though they were the ones that made the mistake, not acceptable Update courier showed up to collect return parcel and refused to wait even 30 seconds before leaving , and IT baggage refuse to provide a return label and insist on sending another courier who most likely also wont wait, so this return will neber happen”

“Delivery was quick but unfortunately one of the suitcases was the wrong colour, contacted there customer service which is very very hit & miss with replys, which is very disappointing.”

“Great service, arrived on time. No fault and the suitcase really has a good quality. The only thing I would probably add is just that the design is a little off with only bottom and side parts expand but not the top part. If the expanding zipper is placed properly it can be done. This is the reason that I didn't buy the larger suitcase from IT because the expanding isn't all the way over the cover but sides and bottom only. From searching to buying, it was an easy experience.”
