“Really good service, arrived really quickly and with good communication. I had bought an expanding it suitcase many years ago and apart from the wheels not rotating and jarring a bit on kerbs, the case is still in great working order and is a firm favourite, hence returning for this one.”

“Have waited to do a review for the IT Skyscraper suitcase as I had a trip coming up 2 international and 2 internal flights I am pleased to say the suitcase has survived slightly scuffed (but I would have been surprised very surprised if it had not ) the zips ,locks ,handles all perfect, the case is also excellent for manoeuvring on its wheels around airport.Brought in Black Friday sale,would highly recommend.”

“overall, the product itself is good. I am quite satisfied with its quality and design. However, we opted and paid for next-day delivery, expecting to receive the luggage promptly. Unfortunately, it arrived later than expected, which was disappointing and left a poor impression on us regarding the delivery service. While the product met our expectations, the delayed delivery did not align with the service we paid for.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from IT Luggage. My order arrived in damaged and opened packaging, causing immediate concern. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was repeatedly directed to deal with the delivery company, even though my purchase was made directly from IT Luggage. After several emails and delays, I was offered only a £5.99 refund for postage, which completely disregarded the inconvenience and poor service I endured. Having traveled abroad, I was unable to process a return, yet no effort was made to accommodate my situation. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, and I expected far better service and accountability from a company of this reputation.”

Hi Salman, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear of the delivery issues in which occurred regarding your recent order. Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. As advised by yourself via the email chain, no damage had occurred to the suitcase itself. Therefore, we would be unable to assist further regarding any damage to only the delivery box itself, as this would have happened during the delivery and while in the hands of the courier. However, I can see that the option to return the luggage for a full refund or replacement was offered, but as the item had already been used and was not in the country, this was not a possibility. Therefore, the cost of shipping was refunded for you as a gesture of goodwill. I can only apologise that the packaging of your order was damaged throughout delivery, unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands I'm afraid, therefore, we regret that we cannot be of any further assistance on this occasion.
