“Beautiful suitcase. Great quality at a good price. Shame about the Yodel delivery that messed things up. However, IT luggage reimbursed me for the delay and even knocked a little off the price, so great customer service let down by a lousy courier.”

“I had a frustrating experience with this company. Customer service is poor and handled only via email, with no option to call and speak to someone directly. They advertise next-day delivery, but they used Yodel, which repeatedly promised delivery within a 2-hour slot over the course of 5 days. I ended up waiting at home, only to see the delivery van freeze on the map after 9 PM, and still no delivery. I did eventually receive my luggage just in time for my holiday, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The luggage itself seems to be of good quality, but the service was extremely disappointing. Communication was inadequate. I sent a couple of emails and received a dismissive reply stating that sending more emails would push me to the back of the queue. There’s no phone number provided that allows you to speak to a real person, no chat option available, and emailing them only worsens your position in the queue. Overall, I wouldn’t shop here again, though I expect they will just blame Yodel for the issues.”

Unfortunately, delivery issues are unforeseen, however, we always aim to resolve these as quickly as possible for our customers, I can also only apologise for any delivery issues that may occur on the couriers behalf. However, please kindly be aware that your order was placed with standard shipping, therefore, would not have been expected to arrive next day - this service would have had to have been selected at the point of order. I can see via the email chain that only 1x email has been received from yourself regarding the delivery issue, with a member of the team responding and no further correspondence received. However, if you were advised through an alternate communication chain regarding the ways of working regarding the inbox (each new email moves the email chain back to the top of the inbox, increasing the waiting time for a response), please be assured that this was not intended to come across as dismissive and would have merely been stated to assist you - we, of course, would like to solve all of our customer's queries as quickly as possible and do not want this process to be elongated for either party by the email chain being consistently moved back to the top of the inbox due to multiple emails being received/sent. Following on from the above, we do operate exclusively via email chain I'm afraid. Nevertheless, I am glad to hear that your order has now been received. “Bought the soft shell luggage before and been very pleased with them, however the new one I recently bought was extremely low quality very thin and flimsy material don't think it would last so returned it....very disappointed.”

“Was sent second hand suitcase as wheels weee worn and scuff marks on it and pull out handle not pulling out. Contacted customer service, had to wait and send a second email to get a response and no apology or acknowledgement that I had been sent a used suitcase. Terrible service will not use again”

“Received my Nauru Britbag and I’m thrilled. It’s an excellent build quality with plenty of little hidden pockets. It has a collapsable handle and wheels. I’ve bought it for a forthcoming holiday and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend one.”

“My parcel was delivered to an address approx 5 miles away from my address. I contacted customer service 4 days ago and still have not received a reply for a replacement to be sent out. Now I will need to get a new suitcase elsewhere, please arrange a refund.”

“Arrived on time and well package. Love the style and sturdiness of them. Good build quality the security locks are well placed and made. Yet to take them abroad but I’m sure they will stand up to the trauma they are put through at the airport”

“I bought 2 precursor cabin bags in blue to match my cases which i love, but unfortunately when they arrived they were too big for my flight on singapore airways. I had checked the measurements on the website, but the cases came up bigger than these. I was very disappointed as I really like my other cases. They are stylish and well made. I gave them to my daughter instead of the bother of returning. Rated 4 stars as quality good, just need more accurate measurements.”
