“Was very happy with the purchase experience and delivery which was very quick. Rated 2 stars due to warranty not covering integrated combination lock that broke on first use due to inadequate materials and/or design and subtle warranty exclusion clause for damage caused in transit. Also warranty is no good if you don't keep hold of the warranty tags attached to the case - the proof of purchase is not sufficient with IT Luggage to submit a warranty request via the website”

“I bought a large suitcase in the nice matcha colour direct from it. The price was actually cheaper than some of the retailers out there and delivery was super fast. I have bought it products before and find them good quality.”

“I have bought three of these cases in the past five years. Four if you count the one i am currently awaiting collection of ( which is a saga in itself!) One has developed wheels that are like two crossed eyes…. All fixed in different directions… One ( the second ) that a little plastic foot has come off ( two screws from inside which frankly a child could have pulled off) and one that seems to be the strongest of the family, and has lasted a full year! The outer shells are brilliant. The security locking zips great. Handles seen sturdy. The expander zips very strong. I like them. However. When you have a problem. Its email only. When you want to return one because the one you ordered was too large, the process cant be discussed verbally. When the collection courier is booked to collect at your workplace, they expect you to hang around as it may be collected ( as mine was Scheduled) between 1830 and 2030. No chance to change….no flexibility. In fact the collection was booked, and then cancelled. “We will collect the following day” The courier said it was IT….. you’ve guessed it… IT said it was a “Courier”. But, I had already ordered a replacement…. Paid out for the new one to be delivered…. Funny that THIS NEW ONE arrived ( to the same address as the cancelled collection) on the very day the collection was cancelled…. Just why couldn’t he take it??? Then they wanted to collect at between 1830 and 2030….. Charging me a fiver, and then expected me to hang about at work. The courier rang me at 2000 on the day of collection, actually apologising for not picking the parcel up because the place was closed. At least he doesn’t operate by email only! Tomorrow, we go again. The products are delivered REALLY fast. After that it’s a struggle.”

“DUO-TONE - TROLLEY BAG (PEWTER / BLACK) Decided to order as there was a discount code. Quick delivery. Very happy with this dinky bag. Not used it yet but will be in December for a short flight. Light with plenty of compartments. Fabric is nice. Tall handle slides out, I'm 5'4" and fully extended it's a bit higher than my normal case pulling reach. Looking forward to using it.”
