“This is the second case I’ve bought from IT Luggage after a certain airline broke the wheels off my last one which I had for 10 years. Hopefully this one will stand the test of time. Fast delivery”

“Received it a few days ago. Looks nice and as described. Haven't used it yet as my holiday later this year. I ordered 3, on one the wheels had been used, but as case was okay couldn't be bothered with going through return process.”

“My luggage arrived promptly. However I needed to return it as I had misjudged the sizes. My email was answered very promptly and Customer Services were fantastic. Only Yodel let them down , but they arranged an alternate courier.”

“This is the fourth case I've bought now. My first was over a year ago, and I was so pleased with it that I ordered one each for my elderly parents. I've just ordered this one for my husband! They are so easy to wheel, and robust - I've travelled extensively with mine, and it's still looking smart. Highly recommended. I accidentallly ordered size XL by mistake for my parents instead of L - IT Luggage were so helpful enabling me to have them collected, the payment refunded on my card, and they helped me place the new order. A trustworthy company.”

“We have used a set of It luggage since 2013, a nice set with the scene if gondolas in black and white (with a red hat ribbon) in 3 sizes, never saw it again anywhere and it always turned heads outside hotels around the world. Wanted a new set for a new era of traveling so instantly came back to It. Picked the purple St Tropez set, and not dissapointed. I do hope this set lasts as long, and reminds us in the future of everywhere we have been, just like the gondola set.”

“Actually received the luggage after the first order was delivered to the wrong address and I had to wait for a refund! After finally getting the suitcases this time, I was disappointed that the large case was battered and had marks on it! The design and quality is lovely but I’m just gutted about the marks on it. As the first lot didn’t turn up, I now don’t have the time to return these cases as I need them to go away.”

“Great service and price from IT. Prompt delivery. Our 2nd Replicating - Medium Plus (Charcoal) suitcase. 1st one has proved brilliant and has the advantage of being expandable saving using a large cumbersome case. Brilliant for long haul travel.”
