“Well pleased with whole experience, easy to navigate website, fast delivery and quality suitcase at a good price. Replacing old it luggage suitcase that nearly made 10 years of service but suffered damage at airport good excuse to buy the 8 wheel spinner case.”

“Product is great but have had to return it. It says cabin bag on the literature however it is not the right size for all airlines. Yes I should have checked, but false advertising here. I am returning it for a refund, I hope that process goes smoothly. Quick delivery.”

“Love my new luggage. Very light will hold a lot and the colour is just gorgeous. The delivery was quick and efficient very well packed and I was kept informed all along. Would definitely order from IT again”

“I received a text saying my item was going to be delivered and a time it would be delivered on the day… it’s 4 days later and still not here. The delivery driver called and said he was on his way all now I have not received my items”

“Have just returned from a holiday and the suitcase was excellent, robust but light weight and perfectly adequate for a ten day holiday with the smaller one. We've just ordered the smaller one because it's on four wheels as opposed to the one we have which only has two wheels and I struggled with it. Would definitely recommend these suitcases.”

“Was not delivered! Yodel and IT have not responded to any emails and requests as the luggage was delivered to a different address and the picture uploaded is not my home. So disappointed. I’d ordered a number of luggage’s in the past, but this was a time sensitive order. Won’t be ordering again or recommending to friends as I’ve not had any resolutions or help with this issue.”

“When I received my suitcase it looked as though I received someone’s returned one therefore I was not happy with it not being in pristine condition. Also, this was my third purchased and the new design has changed. There is not a netted compartment like previously which is a shame.”
