Suitcase that was ordered is great. But paid for next day delivery, it wasn’t delivered next day, came a day late. When I have emailed to get a refund for the next day delivery charge I haven’t had a response! Poor customer service if you ask me!

Unfortunately, delivery issues are unforeseen, however, we always aim to assist customers to resolve these as quickly as possible. I can see that you emailed a member of the customer service team on the 4th June ( the day after the order was placed ) looking for an update on the delivery and the member of the team mentioned that it should arrive with you on that day, but if it didn't we would be happy to refund the delivery cost and to please keep us updated so that we could assist you, but we heard nothing from you after that first contact. We have now refunded the delivery cost to you and apologize again for the delay and inconvenience caused. Your feedback regarding the courier is very valuable to us and we will be sure to take this on board. I am sure the case will be great. However evri couriers delivered the case a week later so it was not here in time for when I needed it

My 7 year old has packed 7 days clothes with a few pairs of shoes and a few accessories and all fit in great. One very happy child

Terrible service I’m missing half my luggage I ordered and nobody replies to emails I ordered set of 4 matching cases for my holidays and only received 2 I then had to go and purchase another case to use on holidays after a very long of emails I was told that you would deliver the missing cases when I returned I contacted you to arrange this and was told one of the cases was out of stock so you offered me a refund and asked me to return the two small cases I had used on my holidays. I would have expected that the missing cases would have been put aside for my return what a very poor service I’ve received and wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. I thought I was buying directly from a reputable company. How wrong I was

Underseat suitcases are great well made and worth the money

Do not happy I can’t use the suitcase anywhere due to the measurements I had to pay extra with the airline I was going with I can barely use it in any airline it said it was a cabin bag

We always advise cross-checking the measurements of the case in which you are interested in with the relevant airline restrictions before purchase. Delighted with the quick delivery, size, quality and, most of all, the light weight of my New York case! When restricted by the airlines on much needed allowance, the great advantage of not having to lose out on outfits due to a heavyweight case is brilliant!!! The added bonus of, a relatively unique, wide telescopic handle certainly makes it standout from the crowd. My only disappointment, and this is down to customer service and not the case itself, is that I wished to try to prevent damage caused by baggage handlers by purchasing a stretch protective cover to fit the wide handled nature of the case so contacted customer services to see if they’d worked with anyone to provide these. I was somewhat disappointed with the fairly blunt reply I received 2 days later …. “ Thank you for your email, I have had customers but (sic) case covers on Amazon, I am sorry we don't have any of these for me to recommend.” I assume I can’t be the only person who’s made similar enquiries to seek to protect their cases?? Maybe it’s an area that IT Luggage should look into ie accessories & protection?

Having a nightmare with IT luggage. Bought an underseat case and was delivered with a defective handle. Tried so many methods of trying to speak to customer service yet my only option is an email to which i receive a message back that doesn’t answer my question nor explain anything. I’m so irritated - this really does let IT down and will impact on my decision in terms of where to buy from in the future. In a saturated market they need to do better !!!! Would be lovely to speak to someone …….
