“Lost 1 mark as the TSA lock is fiddly and the instructions to set up the lock that came with the suitcase were not in English. Nice lightweight case.”

“I have just purchased 2 XL suitcases which means I have now purchased 8 in total of differing sizes. The quality is excellent. My oldest suitcase is scratched, scuffed and full of marks from airline travel but it is still completely intact - no dents, tears or splits and the zips and wheels still work perfectly after several years.”

“Ordered two suitcases in the past few weeks and I am happy with the products for what i paid. Only reason for not being 5 star was that my second parcel arrived at the door with the box nearly open and the suitcase inside had been unzipped along with the inner compartments. No damage but didn't feel it was cared for as well as it could have been.”
