“Good site to navigate around found it very easy to find what I was looking for. Choice of luggage is good so what’s not to like. Ordering was straightforward and delivery time excellent I am well pleased with my new suitcases”

“Trying to return is a hassle. IT use yodel, who haven’t turned up on the organised day and the two hour time slot was useless. So now to try and complain to yodel and rearrange. Not great when charged for returns too.”

“Lost 1 mark as the TSA lock is fiddly and the instructions to set up the lock that came with the suitcase were not in English. Nice lightweight case.”
