“I bought 2 cases 2 weeks ago and have used them once. The wheel came of off one of the cases and I have found it very difficult to contact IT Luggage - there are no contact phone numbers and their web site customer service app doesn’t seem to work properly. IT Luggage insist on photographs of proof of purchase, damage, warranty etc but their system won’t let you upload them Not a good experience so far and I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone who’s looking for a new case. Poor product and zero customer service”

“Driver left at side of the house and posted a card I live on a main road wasn't there trying to deal with IT Customer service is a joke I've sent images of the delivery note and the claim form back and they told me they haven't received it. I needed it for a holiday and now I'm down in money and no suitcase no sense of urgency and no one to talk to.”

“I ordered two cases . Received only one ( lost in transit on way to EVRI ) . Contacted customer service saying when I needed it by . Got a message that they would re-dispatch it and I would be contacted by dispatch . Heard nothing . Yesterday , as a last resort , I ordered the same case forking out for next day delivery. Just had message from Yodel to say my IT luggage is out for delivery and my next day order is coming via Whistl . Poor communication from customer service department !”

“Awful! Still have not had any contact of when my cases will arrive. Has put me off ordering the rest of my required luggage. When contacting customer support I was told they would get in touch. They haven't. Will contact again.”

“I am delighted with the quality and style of the suitcases I ordered. They are very roomy and have great seperate compartments. Looking forward to using them for my Christmas Cruise.”

“i have tried numerous of times to send 2 suitcases back having accidentally purchased 4 instead of 2. i cannot get a returns label. Every time i try, i get a robot. i would not recommend this company. will update on trust pilot”
