“Ordered the cabin cases to match previously purchased suitcases. I love the rose gold colour of the glitzy cases,the luggage looks good is sturdy and is very easy to manoeuvre.”

Hi Stacey, Many thanks for your email. I am sorry to hear that the incorrect item was received. However, I can happily see via the email chain that the customer service team have arranged the collection of this, where a refund can then be processed upon arrival of the return back within our warehouse (within 10 working days from the successful collection taking place). Unfortunately, it is standard procedure for the returning item to be received back within the warehouse prior to any form of refund or replacement being processed. “Always purchas IT luggage but never online before. Website was easy to navigate, ordering straightforward and scheduled to be delivered within the specified timescale although there was a slight delay which was due to the courier which was though rectified the next morning. Very happy with the product which will hopefully last me many trips to come!”

“Fast delivery of a lovely case. Great charcoal colour and roomy extendeable interior. Very easy to move along with the 8 wheels. We have had five other IT cases and have been happy, other than one wheel on a much older case malfunctioning. hence our replacement purchase!”
