Please kindly be aware that as we routinely nest our cases within one another during transit, the Large suitcase should be located within the received Extra Large suitcase. “Very happy with the quality and look of these suitcases. When my husband saw me using these for our last holiday was quite envious. So on my return I presented him a set for use next time. Actually his were cheaper than mine because the bank holiday sale was on”

“I absolutely LOVE my suitcases, I’m 42 and only just, for the first time ever, got matching suitcases! I’d always wanted some of these and I’m not disappointed, they’re lush. I can not wait to take them away with us. The delivery was super quick, packed well and did I say how beautiful they are? lol 😍😍”

“We order a luggage set with 10 year warranty, the delivery was prompt and luggage set appeared to be of good quality. After couple of flights the medium case had a fault where the screw attaching the telescopic handle to the case broke and one side of the telescoping handle was moving inside the case. We raised this with ITLuggage and the response was very disapponting. They said we need to take up with the airline as the damage was sustained when they were handling the baggage. There was no damage on the shell of the baggage. The customer service did not want to listen and closed the issue. The 10 year warranty is not worth the paper its written on. I handed the matter over to my Credit Card company to deal with ITLuggage.”

Hi there, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. Unfortunately, when dealing with warranty claims, we can only of by the evidence provided within the images and descriptions of the issue from the customer. I can see that in this instance when asked how the fault/damage occurred, you advised that 'the bag was given to the airline (Etihad) as normal in Abu Dhabi, I collected it at Heathrow adn when I emptied the bag at home I noticed the hole at the bottom of the bag.' This is a clear indication that the damage occurred whilst your property was in the hands of the airline / 3rd party, which, unfortunately, is not covered under our warranty I'm afraid, as clearly stated within our warranty policy. Therefore, I can only apologise that we cannot be of further assistance on this occasion. However, please do not hesitate to get back in touch should you require any further assistance in the future at all. Many thanks

“Good communication and easy to navigate website. Order came very promptly - the largest case of the set looks massive ! All the cases look good quality and I'm hoping their wheels will be great like the case I already have. I bought the set as a birthday gift for my daughter so I am hoping she will be pleased with it. the colour wouldnt be my choice but in the flesh it was nicer than I thought it would be a less blingy that i was anticipating. I am sure she will love the set and get lots of use out of the different sized cases.”
