“I ordered a suitcase and underseat bag ten days ago which was sent out promptly but I have still not received it. The Evri courier company could not deliver as they said it was too large!! This message from Evri appeared daily over several days. Ten days later, as I needed a suitcase soon, unfortunately , I had to cancel my order. This has now been dealt with efficiently by IT customer service and my refund given straight away. I particularly the design and appearance of the suitcases so I’m going to look locally for the same IT suitcases. I had to give a 4 star to post a review and just hoping they will be as nice as they look when I find another suitcase and bag.”

“Amazing experience fast efficient. I love the suitcase I bought a trio. Small medium and large. And it was on offer. So lightweight. And made my travel easy. My friends recommended me to this website. I would definitely recommend and buy again 😁 The only thing was the driver didn't bring the parcel inside which is abit of a safety issue as someone could take it”

“I have not yet used the new suitcases, but general apperances gives the impression of a quality product. The existing IT case I already have, has proved to be an excellent purchase, with no sign of any a wear or failure. Hence I have bought another two IT cases.”

“You are too early seeking a review so unless you would to pay for a holiday for my wife and I, you are out of luck. It is ludicrous to expect a rating on your product when you don’t take account of other circumstances. Hence very poor as answers below. You are not interested in any feedback that does not conform to your perimeters.”
