“My frame broke during lockdown. Got in touch and sent the broken frame and varifocal lenses back. 3 days later received my lenses replaced in a new frame. What a service!”

“I 💖 Iolla & I’m looking forward to shops re-opening so I can add to my collection. I did order some clip on sunglasses for my Bell frame during lockdown. Service was amazing as always they arrived really quick & I was kept up to date on the progress along the way. Can’t recommend the products & the service highly enough. “Bought reading sunglasses. Iolla had my prescription from previous purchase. Used virtual try which was great and the whole process was as straightforward as it always is with Iolla. New glasses were delivered promptly and fitted perfectly.”

“Friendly & reassuring. Despite the lack of face-to-face contact because of lockdown, communication felt very personal. They even emailed me back to check my order. Enjoyed the live chat and the chance to "try on" frame options, using the virtual service. The sunglasses arrived promptly. They fit perfectly and look great!”

“I loved my Iolla glasses which I sat on during lockdown ! I emailed them and hoped for the best as I can’t see much without them ☺️ Very quickly I got an email to say they still had my prescription just complete the online form and they would post a new pair of glasses to me. Fantastically quick service during lockdown.”

“Needed back up glasses during lock down as I am a lens wearer but needed some guidance on the hows and where's. Chatted online, got the advice I needed, followed up, order made, glasses arrived and they are fab. Not had glasses for 15 years and I cannot believe the quality, service and comfort for such an amazing price. I have been recommending Iolla to everyone and will be in when they open for a reading pair too. Don't even bother trying anywhere else!”

“My reading glasses broke at the start of lockdown and I limped on for weeks with them taped together before deciding to give Iolla a go. I had only heard good things about Iolla and I was not disappointed. Great glasses at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back!!!”
