“Whilst there is a great selection of frames, what lets Iolla down is that they only offer, glasses and sunglasses separately NO reactolites. I bought frames only because they don’t provide this service.”

Hi Angela! Thanks for your lovely review. I'm so sorry that you feel disappointed that we don't offer reactolite lenses. At IOLLA, we try to keep our product line as streamlined as possible to help us deliver the best price we can to our customers. I'm afraid that reactolite lenses aren't something that we're asked about very often. However, I'll certainly pass your request onto the relevant teams for future consideration

“Recommended by a friend I was pleasantly surprised to get bifocal prescription for much cheaper than my former optician's frames. Unfortunately rimless lenses were not on offer, but that is a lesser inconvenience.”

“They finally arrived! My shop app said they should have arrived on the 18th they didn’t. It said they were in Chicago. They finally arrived on the 23. Well packed great package engineering you have, best of all they fit my frame! These folding sunglasses work great, I forgot to check if they were polarized or not?”

Hi Robert! I'm so sorry that you waited longer than expected for your IOLLA clip-on. I can see that we posted this to the USA the day after your order was placed online. From your Royal Mail tracking information, I can see that your package was held for a few days on arrival with the USPS to pass customs checks. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over this or the time that it takes. For this reason, we'd always advise that you may have to add 3 to 4 weeks to the delivery time for products delivered outside of the UK as detailed on our website here: https://support.iolla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023132431-How-long-will-it-take-for-my-order-to-be-delivered- We are however, delighted to hear how happy you are with your order now that it's with you safe and sound. Also, all our sun clip-ons are indeed polarized - I hope this helps!

“Very kind and friendly staff. It was great to receive the glasses by post, all on time and I was always updated by mail. Excellent price quality. To be perfect would be work on more designs and offer prescription so we don't need to bring it from other place.”

“Friendly and extremely helpful as ever. My only disappointment is that sometimes multi focal lenses and frames are best reviewed once the lenses are fitted. Because I don’t live near an outlet a revisit can take a long time to organise. But I buy because I love the frames!”

“I bent the leg of my glasses after only having them a few months so emailed customer support and was told to send them back to workshop to check if they could help. They came back in a few days as good as new. I would advise emailing as I previously asked in store if they could be fixed and salesperson bent them a bit but couldn’t fix properly and told me nothing else could be done.”

“Website and ordering experience was very easy, site was user friendly and uploading prescription was simple. Glasses arrived within a week. Glasses are a little bit different than in the pictures, more glossy but hardly worth considering a return etc. Price was very good and they'll do great for a spare work pair. Thanks”

“Excellent service! Employee in store was friendly and extremely helpful, even after I advised that I wouldn't be making a purchase there and then! Online system very easy after going to the store and finding the perfect fit. Speed of manufacture and delivery was excellent and without being constantly bombarded with emails on every single step. It was however a little confusing that the prescription information was not required before finalising booking and payment - this is my only negative! All in all, excellent experience, both in the store (Edinburgh) and online. Would recommend to a stranger in the street, never mind a friend or colleague!”

“I think Iolla is an excellent store. I tried the glasses on in-store but bought them online. I was a bit concerned about the online ordering as I had to deal with them several times, online, by email and by phone, but it all worked out fine, and the staff were helpful. Shame you can't order varifocal glasses online though. I'll buy from them again.”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, took our prescriptions in to them and they did all the measurements for our frames and lenses, it took about 9 days for our glasses to be delivered, I am very happy with mine, however my wife is not happy with the colour of her frames compared to the ones she chose in the shop.”

“Professional Efficient Patient Frendly Staff - great selection of frames at exceptionally good prices - I love unusual glasses & have many pairs This is my 3rd purchase from Iolla & there will most def be a 4th. Delighted to need no return visit after purchase with glasses being posted to my home address”
