“Great price for a quality pair of specs. Only let down is not offering reactions lens, shame it would be 10 out of 10 if those lens were offered.”

“This is my 3rd time having lenses from Iolla. I like the style and chose a new pair of frames the same as the ones I've worn previously. I opted for the upgraded varifocals this time and while I am happy with them, I don't see much difference from the standard varifocal lenses I've had for the past 4 years.”

“My glasses arrived quickly and are perfect however I wasn't very impressed by the service when i visited the shop. I was asked for payment as soon as I sat down, before I was even measured up or my prescription had been checked, there was an issue with my prescription which caused a bit of a delay but as I'd already paid it would have been too much hassle to go elsewhere. I didn't receive a very personal experience at all which is a shame as I'd heard so many good reviews before visiting.”

“First time customer and would return. The instore experience very good. Delivery per what I was told and actual glasses are good. I would say they appear slightly stronger than my previously optition supplied glasses but this has not been an issue other than moving my computer screen closer at work.”

“I’ve received my glasses and they are varifocals and the distance is slightly off so I’ll call in the shop next time I’m in Manchester. Other than this it’s a great experience with Iolla glasses were picked and I emailed my prescription they arrived within the time stated and if good quality, would definitely recommend”

“The service in store was great and I was very happy with my glasses. The issue I had was that I had asked for the glasses to be delivered to the store in Glasgow but they ended up being delivered to my flat.”

“The process around selecting, buying and receiving new glasses was excellent. No issues. New glasses are great. Ill certainly be back, no question. I have one small comment around customer service. When i was in to try on and collect my new glasses i asked if they could tighten the leg on the pair that i was currently using. It had become a little loose. The response was they could only touch your own glasses. In this day and age its the small things that make your business stand out.”

Thank you for your review, we're happy to hear you love your new glasses! I'm afraid we're unable to adjust other glasses that are not our own - if any damage were to occur, we'd be unable to repair or replace the frame. I'll certainly pass on your feedback however!
