“Terrific service, spent about ten minutes getting measured up for my new glasses and within a week they were posted out to me. They fit perfect but I'm sure if I have any issues with them, all I have to do is pop into the shop and they'll be adjusted by the very competent staff.”

“I bought my second pair of tortoise smith glasses, the quality and colour patterning are lovely. I was unsure of the pattern distribution and customer services arranged for me to choose a new pair from a selection, they have gone above and beyond and I would recommend IOLLA to anyone.”

“Such a lovely customer experience with IOLLA. Came in to look and try on a couple of times before buying and the staff were so helpful and made me feel relaxed, and plus the shop smells incredible! One of the assistants helped me choose between colours and then the buying process was so quick and simple. Look forward to wearing my gorgeous glasses every day and will definitely be back. Thanks IOLLA!”

“Andrew with the Hoys was a gent. Last thing on a Friday and he was adjusting the legs on my specs to fit my big wonky head over and over till it was right. The only place to buy glecks in Glasgow.”

“I had an accident with one of my lenses which got scratched. As I only had them a few months they send me out a free return slip, replaced the lens free of charge and returned them by post all within 5 days. Super customer service, when they didn't need to do this.”

“The team at the Manchester showroom are lovely! Gave me some great options and honest opinions on what didn’t work which meant I left with a pair of glasses I love that keep getting complimented. Had a really great experience.”

“The staff at the Edinburgh store are so welcoming and incredibly helpful. I have visited on several occasions and now have my 4th pair. My husband was impressed with mine so he went and had 2 pairs as well. Staff are very patient. Will be back for another style soon”
