“I don't have an IOLLA nearby and this was my first time ordering prescription specs online. I need not have worried, as the instructions for measuring PD were clear, and there's plenty of help on the website and social media. They fit perfectly, I was kept in the know, and delivery was fast. I have a -7ish prescription and glasses can work out expensive, with lens thinning in particular. I am very happy to have found a small, innovative company with nice frames that keep the costs simple and affordable. I might buy myself a second pair, and I'm also eyeing up the clip-ons for my frames (what a good idea). I feel like I've found *my* glasses people!”

“Absolutely in love with my new frames. The service in the St James Quarter store was second to none and the whole process was very easy. From getting measured up and emailing across my prescription to getting the glasses sent out in the post. The quality is fantastic and the price is even better. You have a new loyal customer. “Quick and easy service! Came into store and after choosing what frame I wanted was able to order quickly and easily with the help of the great staff at Iolla! Glasses came after 14days and even though there was a delay the team were great in keeping in touch with me and keeping me up to date with my order status! Love my glasses and great value for money compared to big brand opticians!”
