“Used this company many times before and always very efficient, but the 'lifetime discount code' for a 10% discount was not recognised, even though the same 'lifetime discount code' on this invoice is exactly the same.”

“I am always pleased with the speed of service but disappointed that refilled cartridges now appear to be the normal and my printer thinks the ink has run out.I even changed the first semi filled cartridges before I realised.”

“Since finding Internet Ink in February 2014 I have found them helpful, friendly and efficient. Delivery is usually very quick. I recently had a problem with a cyan cartridge for my Epson SX130 not being recognised by the printer. A telephone call to customer service and a replacement cartridge was sent without delay. Not being a great user of inks (one pack lasts me the best part of a year except for the black) one item I would like to see is the single pack of 4 inks being produced with an extra black ink. You do supply a twin pack with 2 black inks per set but I would need to keep the second set for over 12 months before use.”

“As the owner of a small business it is important that i get the best value from my suppliers and the best customer service , Internet ink provide both. The supplys are cost effective and on the very odd occasion where I have had a problem with a faulty cartridge I have had no issues with them sending a new one to replace, often not even requesting the original back .This sort of trust and service goes along way to making me a loyal and devoted customer and having no qualms in recommending them to all my clients and friends I even have the on my web site as a trusted supplier. “I started looking for a decent compatible ink supplier when Canon decided it would be good for customer relations to double the price of their cartridges. I tried a few, and while none were poor, equally, none stood out above the others. Then I found Internet Ink and was delighted with the response to my first phoned in order. A very efficient sales rep handled my very small order, and was very happy to answer my questions, giving me the impression that as a customer I was being looked after. The quality of the product is very good. A4 photo prints are as good as those printed with Canon own brand inks, and if Internet Ink cartridges are a little smaller in capacity, the overall comparison with the original is still very much in Internet's favour. I have recommended your company to several friends, and all have been pleased.”
