“I would until recently have given 5 stars for your company. Firstly, I want to say that I have been using your inks for several years for my Epson printer, and have always been very impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the compatible ink you have supplied. However, recently I ordered some compatible cartridges for an HP Officejet Pro and when we came to use them the printer would not accept them. This was disappointing as we had bought a double set, and have had to discard them. When I mentioned this during a phone call to order the genuine ink (arm and a leg job!) your salesperson commented that there had been problems with the compatible inks for this model of printer, and you were no longer supplying them. Is it possible that I can get a credit note for some of the cost of these? I have recommended your company to many people, and hope that they didn't encounter any problems!”

“Hiccup at first by new Epson XP435 not accepting cartridges but after a note in new replacement cartridges to take out, refit or switch printer off they work. On recent bought cartridges no problem. Their own cartridge's have more ink in them and appear great. Cost very, very competitive to other ink providers.”

“I'm not happy with Internet-ink, firstly, due to a dodgy website I was sent and charged for, two lots of ink when I only wanted one but it's too much hassle to return the other one. Secondly, when I had installed it my printer put up a notice on screen to say that it wasn't the correct ink for the printer and it took a little while for it to be accepted. The cartridges might be cheaper than 'Daisy' inks but obviously not as good. I now have 20 cartridges to use which should last for a very long time unless they dry out. My issues have now been resolved to my satisfaction by a very friendly and helpful staff, thank you Internet-ink.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have checked our system and your orders were paid by Paypal express and the checkout was completed twice. I have emailed you our returns details to return one of the orders for a full refund. With compatible inks you will get a message informing you that the cartridges are compatible as the printer manufacturers would rather you use their cartridges, this is easily resolved with a simple reset, I have also emailed you this information.
