“I've been using Internet Ink for some years, and have been very happy with the service and the cartridges for my Canon Pixma MP630. I sometimes get the printer initially saying that it does not recognise the black C-520 cartridge, but one or two removals and reinsertions sorts it out. The first time this happened, I emailed for advice, and quickly received a helpful procedure for overcoming the problem. Great customer service.”

“The price is very competitive, the service excellent, I would also like to mention a lady called Joanne, I was having problems getting my printer to work with your ink, I tried switching off & removing the cartridges but to no avail, I telephoned your office, did as Joanne advised & all was resolved, she was very helpful.”
