It is disappointing to hear your order had been delayed, however upon checking the notes left on the order I note that you have been in touch with us since and that the goods have now been received. I understand that the delay was caused by the postal service which was late in delivering, however, I would just like to advise you that if you require your ink cartridges urgently in future, you can add our ‘Priority Dispatch Service’ at the check-out, this service costs just 99p, but ensures that your order jumps the queue in our dispatch department and when the order has been placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday, or 12pm Friday – your order will be shipped the same day ensuring that you receive this order as soon as possible. We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with the cartridges purchased from Internet-Ink and that you will continue using us for any future orders you may wish to place. Finally, would you be so kind as to revise your 1-star review to reflect your experience after contacting us? “Always excellent service backing up an a first class product. Today I had a problem with ordering cartridges so I gave it up for a break. A few minutes later I received a phone call to see what the problem was about. This was then sorted out for me. I thought that the phone call was really excellent service and was a prime example of brilliant customer care. WELL DONE!”

“Orders shipped very quickly and always exactly what you order. Internet Ink is the only place I can get compatible tanks for my new printer and the ink is always top notch. I have used this company for some time now and they never disappoint in either speed or quality of the inks. I tried another company and when I had my print head clog all I got was "you must have had a bad one". This is now the reason I had to buy a new printer. I won't make the same mistake again when i need inks it will be Internet Ink.”
