Dear Mr Curson, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues that you have been experiencing with regards to our compatible HP 364 black ink cartridges which appear to leak upon removing the nozzle caps. While I can see that you have been using these particular cartridges for a number of years, I would like check if you follow the correct steps to open them: firstly, you need to remove the orange tear-off strip to expose the air vent to release the pressure from the cartridge and only then remove the plastic nozzle cap. Unfortunately if the nozzle cap is removed prior to exposing the breathing hole, this may cause for the cartridges to leak because of the pressure inside, as unlike HP cartridges our compatible inks are all filled to extra capacity. I would like to reassure you that at Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the cartridges that you purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore please do let us know if you find that the cartridges still leak even when the correct steps are followed to open them. “Purchased ink a couple of months ago and was waiting till my original ink had completely run out. Have now installed the cartridges as advised, ignoring all Epson warnings and fitting the black cartridge last. All worked well at significantly lower cost than original ink. All seems OK at the present time.”

“I rate Internet-ink with 5 stars because of the service I had from them a couple of months ago. My printer wouldn't accept 2 new compatible cartridges. I rang Internet-ink thinking I would have to buy the Epson and everything cartridges, but a very helpful young lady talked me through what to do. When this didn't work she said she would put 2 new compatible cartridges in the post. Half an hour later she rang me back to say that she had looked at my address and as she passed my road on her way home from work she would drop them in on her way home from work, which she did. I then put the new cartridges in my printer and followed the instructions given to me earlier and everything worked perfectly. I was amazed with the service I received and have no hesitation in giving Internet-in 5 stars.”

“Good value and good service, particularly the delivery arrangements that allowed me to pick the printer up from my local service station. Only problem was that the "full" recycled cartridges supplied in place of the genuine (but nearly empty) Canon ones failed in short order. Replacements have been supplied but I haven't tried them yet having bought alternative cartridges from my normal supplier.”

“The website is easy to follow. Found my new Epson printer compatible inkjets easily. The price is amazing, so I did not expect too much! They arrived quickly, and the instructions worked ok. I tried some photos, and the results were excellent. So glad I chose this company.”
