“I've dealt with this company for many years and have never had any trouble with the inks and when I had a problem with my printer i got more help from internet ink than I did from the makers of the printer. I would not go past them. Graham”

“The ink has been fine in the past and the price is good. But the website is terrible! The move from one stage to another was very bumpy, not at all fluent. Then I was told that my email address was not acceptable - to whom? It was the same one I have used for years and without errors. When I got the email to confirm my order, it showed a password - well, 7 asterisks. I hadn’t been asked to create a password and the one I wold have chosen does not have 7 characters. So you have a password for me that I don’t know. Great! It was such a hassle ordering and paying (where date of issue showed up as 201) that I very nearly threw in the towel.”

If the actions didn't run smoothly it is probably an issue with your PC browser rather than the website.
