“Thank you, Internet-Ink, for excellent service as usual. You obviously hold a wide range of stocks as my Epson printer is quite old and I managed to find the right cartridges after a bit of a search. Also, competitively priced and delivered by Royal Mail 22 hours after placing order. Perfect.”

Dear Mr Cook, It is really lovely to hear that you are pleased with the products and service that you have received from us. With regard to recycling, I can confirm that unfortunately we are currently unable to recycle the particular type of compatible Epson cartridges that you have purchased, therefore a recycling bag will not be included with your order, however please be assured that we are trying to produce a solution so that we are able to start recycling all cartridges. Not only are we in constant discussions with our suppliers, but we are also taking our own steps to try and resolve this so that hopefully in the (near) future we will be able to recycle all of the cartridges that we sell. In the meantime, we would advise to check with your local council and/or recycling centre who will be able to advise you further of the best way to currently recycle these items. Thank you again! “This company sells alternative inks easily of comparable standard to the "genuine" ones but less than half the price. It is so easy to order from the website and delivery time is usually next day even using the free option. The inks come with a set of instructions on how to install the alternative cartridges without offending the printer's software. Can't say about returns - haven't had to do any. Highly recommended.”

“fantastic. i was having to pay almost £50 for a full set of ink cartridges for an epson printer from epson, but with internet- ink only £9.99! whats not to like. prompt service and now i have a 10% discount on my next order. very pleased, will use again.”

“I've been using Internet-ink for several years and am totally satisfied. The main printer companies seem to charge relatively low prices for the printers and make their profits from expensive inks. Internet-ink is every bit as good quality as the original and far cheaper. Regular purchasers are offered a discount into the bargain.”
