“Black ink for a hp printer that was previously ordered was not accepted by the printer. A further HP black ink was ordered and works well. Delivery was very quick.”

Thank you for the positive feedback! It is likely that your printer is not set to monochromatic printing settings, so it will be using colour ink when printing black.

“I've used their toner cartridges for about 25 years. I barely understand printers. The staff are courteous and helpful when I ask for advice. The website is highly navigable even by morons like me. They also sell some very nice pens and pencils at a superb price. All entirely hassle-free.”
