Having looked in to this for you, I can confirm that your order was successfully received on Wednesday 1st April 2020, and you had selected our free delivery service, the order was dispatched on Thursday 2nd April 2020 via Royal Mail 1st Class postal service, therefore while under normal circumstances we would expect this to have arrived with you by now as such deliveries are usually make in 1-3 working days, given the current on-going situation with COVID-19, we are aware that there are currently some delays within the postal system which may have affected your order. Moving forwards, if you ever require your ink cartridges urgently in the future – I would advise to add our ‘Priority Dispatch Service’ at the check-out, this service costs just 99p, but ensures that your order jumps the queue in our dispatch department and when the order has been placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday, or 12pm Friday – your order will be shipped the same day ensuring that you receive this order as soon as possible.
