“After installing my Internet inks cartridges my Epsom printer said “didn’t recognise cartridges” . I’ve had this problem before but at least I got about three quarters of use from them. I’v now bought a new printer and will use Epson inks as the quality is better for photos and at least the cartridges will be recognised!”

Our records show that we have not been contacted regarding any issues with this particular order #4784511 placed for a Compatible Epson 33XL T3351-T3364 Ink Cartridge Multipack of 4 ink cartridges. Having looked into this further I can also confirm that the installation & reset instructions were sent with the cartridges you have purchased from us simply because we value our customers' time, therefore we try to ensure customers are aware of the correct reset procedure should this be necessary, though most printers accept compatible cartridges straight away with no issues at all. Furthermore, all cartridges are covered by 12 months warranty for your peace of mind.
