“Bought HP364XL compatible cartridges - seemed to last much longer than the original HP cartridges I was buying and a lot more cost effective. One on the cartridges however, was a bit 'leaky' and left my fingers quite stained, but this did wash off easily - a small price to pay for a superior product.”

Dear Mr Herbert, Thank you for your feedback. It's lovely to hear that you are happy with our products and speedy delivery. As for your Brother laser toner cartridge, I would advise to check the corona wire inside the drum and ensure that the blue tab has been returned to the home position, otherwise printed pages will have a vertical stripe such as the one you have described. I would just like to add that having investigated this further for you I note that the most recent order you placed for these compatible TN2000 Brother cartridges was submitted in December 2018. The reason I mention this is all of the toner cartridges that we sell are issued with a 12 month shelf life / warranty as the products can be more prone to developing faults after this time span. Therefore if checking the blue tab attached to the corona wire has not rectified the problem, it could be that the issue is related to the cartridge age. “Very good price and fast, cheap delivery. But I have had a great deal of trouble getting the Epson printer to accept the non-Epson cartridges. In desperation, I have now replaced the printer.”

“Good quality, extra ink, quick delivery. Not had to return any product. Buy bulk or individually, the latter I suggest if you are contemplating in changing your printer so you are not left with surplus cartridges. It is a pity they are thrown out after use the small ink cartridges that fit the Epson XP 435 range of printers.”

“One reservation. My email address was adjudged to be invalid when first I attempted to place an order - but I was only told after I had, I thought, completed my order and I could not return to review my email address. Instead, I had to cancel the process and start all over again. Otherwise, no complaints at all regarding layout of web-pages and identification of product.”
