“Always very good. I had an issue with my printer which was sorted out very quickly. Also needed to buy a new ink black ink cartridge that would have cost me £4.16 for a single XL cartridge and because I had a previous credit from back orders it cost me net £0.49. I would always use these people. They are very helpful, professional, and treat their customers with respect. Well done Internet-Ink.”

“Not a big customer. Go through maybe a cartridge a year for an obsolete hp laser printer, delivered in a few days. What I want is there, for a good price. Fuss-free and reliable.”

“any queries I have the office answer by next morning nothing is too much trouble, or even earlier, I am not computer literate, & dare I use the word elderly. Price is good, saves finding a local supplier, ordered Monday morning here Tuesday morning can't have better service than that.”

“I could not see anywhere to enter the GIVEME10 discount code for longstanding customers, so presumed you'd dropped it. Then, on my confirmatory email, it was made quite clear that this discount code still exists. I've been a customer for at least 9 years, so was very disappointed to have paid more than I should have done. Having posted this review, I received three emails apologising, explaining that my overpayment is being refunded, and with advice on what to do in future when I purchase or can't find how to claim the 10% discount for regular customers. So, initially very disappointed, now much happier.”

I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling to redeem your 10% discount code, unfortunately I am unable to apply any codes retrospectively therefore for future reference please ensure that all discounts are applied and amounts deducted prior to making payment, or if you are unable to do so, then please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and we will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone making sure that the 10% discount is applied to your order. I have emailed you a confirmation of your 10% loyalty discount code and also enclosed instructions that will hopefully assist you with applying your 10% discount code correctly. On this occasion, as a goodwill gesture I will refund the amount that would have been discounted from the 10% code that is currently available on compatible ink cartridges therefore I have refunded £3.10 back on to the Card that you had used to pay for the order #4944625 but please be advised that can take up to 3 – 5 working days to be processed by the bank.
