“I have been buying for a while and have always been very satisfied especially when I ordered the wrong inks. I had a phone call letting me know. “Because HP cartridges for my printer were unavailable in stores or on line I tried Internet Ink on the off chance but with little hope. What luck! A friendly, live voice answered the phone after a couple of rings and my cartridge arrived next day. More to the point my printer now produces high quality copy.”

“Have an Epson Stylus DX5050 Printer- circ 2009 and have been using Internet Ink since at least 2010 when initial cartridge's expired. Have had no trouble using the equivalent non OEM replacements. ( I status graphic showing fill level resets on replacement) Service is quick and ordering very easy. (I am fortunate to only live 12 miles away, and have even dropped in to collect when desperate) Epson printer still going strong on windows 10 - but not used as much, now as I'm retired”
