I replaced both cartridges in my H.P. Envy 120 printer.The printer performed well for about 4 weeks then would not print and the display registered that there was a cartridge problem and suggested that the cartridges be replaced. This I did and the printer performed well again. The previous cartridges lasted for 12months. I am unable to explain why there was this problem and would welcome any explanation.
